 Professional Advisory Team Dr. Haresh Jhangiani, MD, FACP, MBA Chairman, Scientific Advisor Dr. Haresh Jhangiani is President and Chief Executive Officer of Compassionate Cancer Care Medical Group, Inc (CCCMG). Since beginning his specialization in Oncology/Hematology over 18 years ago, Dr. Jhangiani has made measurable contributions to cancer Clinical Research and is a principal investigator for numerous trials. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of Southern California, Norris Cancer Center and University of California Medical Center, Irvine. He currently teaches the fellows at UC Irvine Medical Center, is affiliated with numerous hospitals in Orange and Riverside County, and in 2006 was honored by the Orange County Medical Association as a Physician of Excellence. Dr. Jhangiani joined the Professional Advisory Board for ClinicAid as Chairman and Scientific Advisory to the Board in May 2007. Dr. An Nguyen, MD Scientific Advisor Dr. An Nguyen has been a practicing Hematologist and Oncologist since 2001. In 2004 he joined the medical staff at Compassionate Cancer Care Medical Group and is currently the senior physician at the Fountain Valley center. He has participated in over 25 industry-sponsored clinical research trials in solid tumors and hematology as a sub-investigator and is currently the lead investigator on several pharmaceutical trials in Fountain Valley. Dr. Nguyen joined the Professional Advisory Board for ClinicAid as a Scientific Advisor in June 2007. Ms. Debbie Moysychyn, MBA Brand Management and Marketing Advisor Debbie Moysychyn is currently the Executive Director of the Executive MBA Programs at The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine. Her business acumen and accomplishments are from private, public and non-profit entities. A graduate of the University of Miami, Ms. Moysychyn holds a Bachelor of Sciences (Chemistry and Biology) degree and Bachelors of Arts as well as a Masters in Business Administration from UC Irvine, the Paul Merage School of Business. As the Brand Management and Marketing Advisor, Debbie brings more than 20 years of marketing and brand management expertise to ClinicAid. Her ability to integrate strategic direction through marketing, communications and public relations are essential elements to the success and direction of ClinicAid's development as a leading provider of clinical support and drug development. Mr. Erik Charles, MBA New Business Ventures and Strategic Development Erik Charles is currently the Chief Knowledge Officer at Mindfire Inc. Mr. Charles' expertise lies in helping companies analyze their growth opportunities, and identifying and capitalizing on their competitive advantages. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from The Paul Merage School of Business. Erik was appointed to the Professional Advisory Team at ClinicAid in July 2007 to assist the company in evaluating new market opportunities and strategic alliances. Mr. Mark Skaist, JD Legal Counsel, Corporate Securities Mark L. Skaist is a shareholder in the Newport Beach office of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth. Mr. Skaist specializes in corporate and securities law and serves as the Assistant Chairman of the Firm's Corporate Department. His practice focuses on public and private securities offerings, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property (including technology licensing, development and distribution transactions), primarily in the high technology/information technology industries. He also advises clients on matters involving corporate governance and employee compensation. Mr. Skaist was featured in the "Ask the Attorney" column of Red Herring, Upside and American Venture magazines. He is an active member of the Orange County Venture Group, the Technology Council of Southern California and is on the Information Technology Board of OCTANe. Mr. Skaist was an associate at Irell & Manella, Los Angeles, from 1991 to 1993, and joined the ClinicAid Advisory Team in June 2007 as a legal advisor.  Mr. Lawrence Cohn, JD Legal Counsel, Life Sciences Larry Cohn is a shareholder in the law firm of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth. Mr. Cohn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Arts degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oregon. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1984, magna cum laude, where he was a member and editor of the Loyola Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Cohn spent eight years in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry in a variety of research and development positions. Mr. Cohn specializes in corporate law, securities, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and technology transfers with special emphasis in high technology and biomedical industries. He heads the Life Science Practice Group at the firm. Mr. Cohn was appointed to the Advisory Team in June 2007 for his expertise in corporate law, securities, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and technology transfers in high technology and biomedical industries.  Mr. Dave Mulnard, MA Labor Relations and Compliance Advisor Dave Mulnard's background in Human Resources management is comprised of more than 30 years of extensive experience in a variety of industries, and with major firms such as Johnson & Johnson, Dresser Industries, General Electric, and currently, Koll, Bren & Schreiber Realty Advisors. Dave's diverse experience has also encompassed a multiplicity of environments: union and non-union, public and private, highly structured and "entrepreneurial" in nature. His education, which includes a Master's degree in Management and a Master's in Counseling Psychology, has provided him with a solid theoretical base to compliment his practical experience. Dave's personal HR philosophy is to be a business partner to the organization, a guide and advisor to the management team, and an advocate to the employees to assist in their career development.
